Terrell roofing exceeded my expectations from day one. I called them after I noticed some raised shingles after a storm. Luke was at my property within an hour of the call to inspect the roof and document the damage going as far to send detailed photos to me showing everything he saw. Through the whole process Luke and Jon worked our insurance company to determine a fair value to replace the roof and communicated with me every step of the way. I really can not say enough about the level of professionalism that I received from Terrell roofing, it was a level of professionalism that does not exist in most places in today’s day and time and it was refreshing. The roofing crew was prompt and mindful to cover plants and shrubs and take up anything they thought could be broken and when it was all done they placed everything back exactly like it was. Forever grateful we chose Terrell Roofing! They made things incredibly simple for us as we navigated a full roof replacement. We felt supported and advised in an honest manner. When they say “best customer service you’ve ever experienced”, they mean it! They are the real deal.

Luke and Jon were honest and prompt young men. The crew is awesome, they worked efficiently and cleaned up my yard better than it was before. I’m 78 and the Terrell’s explained the process to where I could understand perfectly. They fulfill what they say they’re going to do and that means a lot in this world. Found Terrell Home Services with a Google search. Had already talked to a couple of other roofers who I wasn't impressed with so I didn't have high hopes. But, in dire need of a roof, I called and Jon answered right away. We talked about my situation and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. I just had a good feeling that I'd finally found someone trustworthy who would treat me and my home with respect. Just a few short days later I had a crew at my house tearing off the old roof and installing the new one. It was all completed in less than a day. Everyone was professional, hard working and so courteous. Can't say enough about how beautiful my new roof is and what a great job they did. They left my property cleaner than when they arrived and I feel I got every penny worth of my investment. I would absolutely trust them to take on any project my home needs.
